Terms & Conditions
1. Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to change without prior notice.
2. Kindly please check the actual availability of the car before making online booking. The online booking system did not automatically updated actual availability of the car.
3. The booking shall be made 24 hours prior to rental start. If the booking made less than 24 hours time, we will take 2 - 3 hours to process the booking and it is subject to availability of the vehicle and standard procedure applied; which is required booking payment, submission of full documents for approval process and delivery within stipulated time.
4. The minimum rental day are 2 days (48 hours period). However during the following holiday, the minimum rental of day is apply :
a) Hari Raya Aidilfitri - 7 Days
b) Hari Raya Aidiladha - 5 Days
c) Chinese New Year - 5 Days
5. The rental rates include full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. However, in line with the commercial insurance practice, the customer is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceed for Group A (RM3,000), Group B (RM6,000), Group C (RM15,000) and Group D (RM20,000). Kindly please ask delivery personnel the vehicle categorize in which group.
6. We offer the customer the option to waive the financial responsibility resulting from damage vehicle while it under rental agreement. This can be done by accepting the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle on payment of 20% from rental rates. However the customer is liable for a Non-Waiverable Damage Excess for Group A (RM2,000), Group B (RM3,000), Group C (RM7,500) and Group D (RM10,000).
7. The insurance and CDW will not cover for damage due to negligence, tyre punctures and burst tyres, fuel errors, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned off electrical devices, loss or damage to the vehicle accessories.
8. The customer is reminded that underbody and overhead damage is at the their own risk at all time. All insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surfaces.
9. All parking fees or traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility by the customer. Additional RM20 will be charge to the customer for every summons paid by us.
10. In addition to the rent charges, the customer is required to have a cash deposit and an equivalent as a guarantee of proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract, sum which will be reimbursed if no damage is notified on its delivery. Please take note security deposit will be refunded after 5 to 7 workings day after return the vehicle.
11. We provide delivery and return service to our customer location (door to door) with subject to a delivery and return fee from 8:00am until 8:00pm. In the event the service requested out of normal our (early delivery or late return), additional surcharge of RM30 will be applied except prior agreement have been done.
12. The customer is responsible to return the vehicle for servicing and maintenance every 5000 KM, any damage to the vehicle due to late maintenance will be responsibility of the customer.
13. The customer is responsible to pay monthly rental beginning on the date of delivery vehicles and thereafter on or before the date of the same generic each succeeding month. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer fails to make payment at the time specified.
14. All smelly fruit is not allowed and will be fine RM100.
15. Smoking is not allowed and will be fine RM100.
16. Extra petrol or diesel is not refundable.
17. Subject to other term & condition of Rental Agreement being present and signed at the timeof delivery vehicles.
