  • How do I confirm my booking ?

 

To proceed your reservation ,kindly make a payment of 20% wthin 24 hours.

 

  • Did you accept card ?

 

Yes,We accept all major credit card.

 

  • Can I change my pick up and drop off location urgently ?

 

All changers must do before your arrival day.We will charge fee for pick up/drop off different location.

 

  • Can I make urgent cancellation ?

 

All cancellation must be done before 48 hours from pick up time. After that we will not refund 20% of booking fee.

 

  • How long the security deposit will be refunded?

 

It will take 5 - 7 working days.

 

  • Did I need to pay a security deposit ?

 

Yes, based on different group:

Group A and Group B : RM150 - RM200

Group C RM200 - RM400

Group D : RM400 - RM1,000

 

  • Does car comes with and Insurance ?

 

Our car comes with comprehensive insurance ;

It will covered ;

-Windscreen protection

-damage

-thief protection

 

  • If there is an emergency / breakdown happen during my rental period, what should I do?

 

Here are the steps you can take ;

*If you are just within Kuala Lumpur, our technical team will come to assist you.

 

  • How about if I need to extend my rental ?

 

Kindly, make a new reservation extending period rental.

 

  • Can I change my return location ?

 

Yes you can. Please let our team know about your new return location.

 

  • What is your operation hours ?

 

9.00 am - 6pm

Monday - Sunday

 

  • Is the car comes with full tank of fuel?

 

No we only provide car with full tank upon request. Then you must return with full tank.

 

  • Can I rent a car with probational driving license ?

 

No,your are not allowed to rent a car with us.

 

  • What is the range age of driver ?

 

The minimum age of driver is 24 years old until 70 years old.

 

  • I am not a pay pal user, can I make a payment with pay pal ?

 

Yes,you are able to pay via pay pal by insert your card details on payment form.

 

  • What are the type of cards that I can use to make a payment?

 

We accept all of major credit card,debit card and charge card.

 

  • Can I cancel after pick up time ?

 

Yes, we will charge RM100 for cancellation fee after pick up time.

 

  • Can I rent a car and get more load ?

 

No,5 seaters car for 5 people(max) , 7 seaters car for 7 people(max) , 8 seaters car for 8 people(max) 11seaters car for 11 people(max) and so on

 

  • What is the additional driver ?

 

Additional driver is a second person who authorised to drive the vehicle during rental period.

 

  • Can I make an urgent booking ?

 

All reservation must do within 48 hours from pick up time.

Urgent booking subject to booking team approval and after 20% booking have been paid.

 

  • When should I pay my balance 80% and security deposit?

 

All payment must be settle upon car collection.Including the security deposit based on Group Car.

Rental amount + deposit - 20% booking paid = Balance due on arrival

 

  • Can I pick up your car at Hotel in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor area ?

 

Yes,you are able to pick up our car at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor area. Just mention your hotel name at message box and we will charge for delivery 

 

  • How about fuel ?

 

We will provide minimum fuel 1 to 2 bar and you will return at the same level. Except you request for full tank, then you must return full tank.
